Braised Shrimp
Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, heads and tails removed, deveined, and cut along the back
- 20g ginger, cut into strips
- 20g shallot, cut into short segments
Seasoning Sauce
- 1g pepper powder
- 15g sugar
- 20g soy sauce
- 30g white wine
Steps
- Stir-fry shrimp until it releases its oil.
- Add white wine.
- Add ginger and shallot.
- Add the seasoning sauce and braise for 5 minutes.
- Done!
