Ingredients

  • 500g shrimp, heads and tails removed, deveined, and cut along the back
  • 20g ginger, cut into strips
  • 20g shallot, cut into short segments

Seasoning Sauce

  • 1g pepper powder
  • 15g sugar
  • 20g soy sauce
  • 30g white wine

Steps

  • Stir-fry shrimp until it releases its oil.
  • Add white wine.
  • Add ginger and shallot.
  • Add the seasoning sauce and braise for 5 minutes.
  • Done!
